This 2 day workshop provides the attendee with historical context of racism in the US and helps them understand how racism is embedded into societal systems. Attendees will also be guided in creating a personal anti-racist action plan.
This workshop focuses on understanding the nature of implicit bias as well as developing strategies to reduce the effects of bias in the workplace. you will also have an opportunity to identify your own biases.
This workshop helps work teams successfully navigate the 4 stages of team development: Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing.
This workshop is based on the idea that the leader must first learn to lead themselves. You will learn how to develop self awareness, regulate emotions and perfect your interpersonal skills.
